Samuel Bemoan is Finland-born musician based in Helsinki/New Orleans.

One-man groove machine known for his eclectic mix of rustic electronic rock and crooning singing style.

His influences range from old western & blues, to new wave and even dark pop and punk.

Think of an epic blend of Depeche Mode, Calexico, Nick Cave, and Nine inch Nails, and you’ll get close to what BEMOAN’s music is actually all about! The artist’s production has some interesting textures and haunting sonic landscapes.

Debut album "American loneliness" was released in 2019.

Introducing two new songs: "ROADHOUSE DOWN BELOW" & "NO TURNING BACK "

What’s interesting about these songs is that they actually were made together in a long 10-hour session, just right before the studio had to close down because of the COVID-19 pandemic! It’s safe to say, he made the most out of his studio time, and came out with two excellent tracks to be proud of! "NO TURNING BACK" was originally written for Mr. Mark Lanegan but because of his sudden and unfortunate passing BEMOAN decided to release it himself as an homage to his hero.

Although BEMOAN was short on time, the songs are incredibly well-produced, showcasing a one-of-a-kind sound that sets the bar higher in every way.
